By accessing and using The Brand Crew website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

The Brand Crew provides web design, development, and hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required as outlined in our pricing structure:

• 50% deposit required at project start
• 50% balance due upon project delivery
• All prices are in Argentine Pesos (ARS)
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and revision requests. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

5. Revisions

Our pricing includes multiple revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Timely feedback and approvals
• Required content and materials
• Access to necessary accounts and services

8. Hosting and Maintenance

Domain registration (2 years) and hosting are included in our pricing. After the initial period, renewal fees apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Brand Crew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
